The way I see it, optimal health is when you reach balance in spirit, soul, mind and body. I offer services within different areas such as healing, mindfulness, herbal therapy, qi gong, meditation, stress coping, coaching and spiritual guidance. About my Therapies:
I am passionate about everything that has to do with health and I am constantly educating myself within this area. The thing that drives me is to find solutions to help myself and others to feel better. If I should describe my work with one word I would choose the word holistic health services. It means I am working with the body, the mind, the soul and the spirit. Everything is connected! I am certifierad in reconnective healing but healing is actually something I have been working with since I was a child. Healing for me to give my full attention to another person with the wish for a healing process for that person.

I hold a diploma in life coaching, Mindfulness-, meditation-, stress- and qi gong coaching and also in herbal therapy. Spirituality is something that has followed me througout my whole life why I can also offer services in spiritual coaching and guidance. As a complement I also do tarot readings. At the moment I am also training to be an ayurvedic health advisor and therefore I can also give this perspective in addition to other services. Physical training is also a very important part of my life style and I have over ten years of experience including in martial arts/self defence training. To help women feel safe and confident is also something dear to me.
What I do:
Healing/Distance healing: 500 kr/h (swedish krona SEK)
I open my heart for you and give my full power, energy and intention for your healing. In person or distance healing.
Spiritual coaching/guidance: 300 SEK/h
Do you have existential questions? Do you want to grow as a person and learn to trust your intuition? Do you want to find out the meaning of your life? Through conversations and experience exhange you can get new perspectives on life. And we can all learn from each other!
Coaching in Mindfulness, meditation, stress coping and qi gong: 300 SEK/h
Through coaching and advice in different kinds of practices and methods, you learn to be in concious awareness och and to take power over your stress.
Herbal therapy and treatment: 300 SEK/h
The plant kingdom is extremely potent and constitutes the foundation of today’s pharmacological medicines. Suited for someone who wants to find alternative natural treatments. Note! I don’t treat persons under 18 years. If you get another treatment from a physician, herbal therapy should always be used in consultation with him or her.
Life coaching: 300 SEK/h.
Are you stuck? Do you want to change something in your life bur don’t know how to do it? Through life coaching you become aware of your life patterns. And when you get aware, then it is you are in a position to change your life. The foundation of life coaching is that you are the expert of your own life. My job as a coach is to provide you with questions but you already have the answers inside of you.
Women empowerment training and self defence 300 SEK/h
You learn the right mindset and techniques to make you feel powerful and safe in your everyday life. You should feel strong and confident with yourself!
